เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 25 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 ที่ผ่านมา โรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ นำโดย นายมงคล กาเหว่า ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและตัวแทนคณะครูผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะอาจารย์และผู้ประสานงานจาก คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนาโกยา (Nagoya University) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน
การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญเพื่อศึกษาและเพิ่มพูนความรู้เกี่ยวกับ “การศึกษาแบบเรียนรวม (Inclusive Education)” ของโรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นการเข้าถึงและความเท่าเทียม ครอบคลุมถึงนักเรียนทุกกลุ่มอย่างทั่วถึง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกลุ่มนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ นักเรียนข้ามชาติ เด็กที่มีความหลากหลายทางชาติพันธุ์ ตลอดจนเด็กที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษหรือมีข้อบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้
ภายในกิจกรรม คณะศึกษาดูงานจากมหาวิทยาลัยนาโกยา นำโดย Mr. Nakaya Motoyuki พร้อมคณะ ได้ร่วมสัมภาษณ์พูดคุยและแลกเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกับตัวแทนคณะครูผู้เชี่ยวชาญและครูอาวุโสของโรงเรียนอย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมทั้งเข้าเยี่ยมชมบรรยากาศการจัดการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนจริง เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการและแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practices) ของทางโรงเรียน
โรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย มีความยินดีและภาคภูมิใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ในระดับสากล และพร้อมที่จะมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนรวม เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ที่เท่าเทียมและมีประสิทธิภาพให้แก่ผู้เรียนทุกคนสืบไป

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, Kawila Wittayalai School, Chiang Mai, led by School Director Mr. Mongkol Kawao, alongside the school administration and faculty representatives, warmly welcomed a delegation of professors and coordinators from the Faculty of Education, Nagoya University, Japan, on the occasion of their academic study visit and educational exchange.
The primary objective of this visit was to observe and study “Inclusive Education” practices at Kawila Wittayalai School. This educational approach prioritizes accessibility and equity, ensuring that all student groups are comprehensively supported. This includes the general student body, migrant children, ethnically diverse students, as well as students with special needs or learning disabilities.
During the visit, the delegation from Nagoya University, led by Mr. Nakaya Motoyuki, engaged in an insightful interview and discussion with the school’s expert and senior faculty representatives. Furthermore, the delegation observed live classroom sessions to gain a deeper understanding of the school’s instructional processes and best practices.
