โรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย ดำเนินการประเมินเตรียมความพร้อม และพัฒนาอย่างเข้ม ตำแหน่งครูผู้ช่วย ครั้งที่ 4

วันอังคารที่ 7 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2569 โรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย อำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ดำเนินการประเมินเตรียมความพร้อมและพัฒนาอย่างเข้ม ตำแหน่งครูผู้ช่วย ครั้งที่ 4 เพื่อกำกับ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้ช่วย ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะและศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูและมาตรฐานการศึกษา

ในการนี้ นายมงคล กาเหว่า ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานคณะกรรมการประเมิน พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและครูพี่เลี้ยง ร่วมดำเนินการประเมิน พร้อมให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาวิชาชีพแก่ผู้รับการประเมิน ดังนี้

การประเมินครั้งนี้ดำเนินไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย โปร่งใส และเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกำหนด โดยคณะกรรมการได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอน ตลอดจนการประพฤติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเสริมสร้างความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติราชการ และยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนให้ก้าวหน้าต่อไป

📢 Kawila Wittayalai School Conducts the Fourth Performance Evaluation for Assistant Teachers

On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, Kawila Wittayalai School, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province, conducted the Fourth Performance Evaluation for Assistant Teachers as part of the Preparation and Intensive Development Program. The evaluation aims to monitor teachers’ professional performance, enhance their competencies, and ensure that their professional development aligns with educational standards and the standards of the teaching profession.

On this occasion, Mr. Mongkol Kawao, Director of Kawila Wittayalai School, served as Chair of the Evaluation Committee. He was joined by a panel of qualified evaluators and mentor teachers, who assessed the assistant teachers’ performance and provided constructive recommendations for their continued professional growth.

The teachers who underwent the evaluation were:

• Mr. Chanin Nammat

• Mr. Phongsathorn Nuanthim

The evaluation was conducted successfully in accordance with the guidelines established by the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC). The committee emphasized learner-centered instructional practices, the development of innovative teaching approaches, and adherence to the professional code of ethics for teachers. These key principles are essential for fostering career advancement, strengthening professional competence, and continuously improving the quality of education at Kawila Wittayalai School.
