เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 10 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2569 โรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จากโรงเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคม จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 32 ท่าน ซึ่งเดินทางเข้าศึกษาดูงานด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา ถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การดำเนินงาน และแลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practices) อันนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและการบริหารองค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ในการนี้ นายมงคล กาเหว่า ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนกาวิละวิทยาลัย พร้อมด้วย นายปิยวัฒน์ คำฟูบุตรกุลพัทธ์ รองผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มบริหารงานอำนวยการ ให้การต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานอย่างอบอุ่น พร้อมบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการบริหารงานบุคคล การบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา การพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ตลอดจนการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานการจัดการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

ตลอดการศึกษาดูงาน คณะผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับฟังการบรรยาย แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ซักถามประเด็นด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาร่วมกัน บรรยากาศเป็นไปด้วยความอบอุ่น เป็นกันเอง และเอื้อต่อการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสถานศึกษา

การศึกษาดูงานจัดขึ้นในช่วงเวลา 13.00 – 16.00 น. โดยดำเนินกิจกรรมตามกำหนดการอย่างครบถ้วน บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสถานศึกษา ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการศึกษาและการพัฒนาวิชาชีพของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในอนาคต

Kawila Wittayalai School Welcomes a Study Visit Delegation from Phayao Pittayakhom School on Personnel Administration

On Friday, July 10, 2026, Kawila Wittayalai School, Chiang Mai Province, warmly welcomed a delegation of 32 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel from Phayao Pittayakhom School, Phayao Province, who visited the school to participate in a study visit focusing on personnel administration. The purpose of the visit was to exchange knowledge and experiences in educational management, share operational practices, and learn about Best Practices that contribute to effective school administration and continuous educational development.

On this occasion, Mr. Mongkol Kawao, Director of Kawila Wittayalai School, together with Mr. Piyawat Khamphubutkunlaphat, Deputy Director for Administration, warmly welcomed the delegation and delivered presentations on the school’s personnel management strategies, institutional administration, staff development, and organizational excellence in accordance with the policies and standards of Thailand’s Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC).

Throughout the visit, participants attended presentations, engaged in professional discussions, exchanged ideas and experiences, and explored various aspects of the school’s administrative practices. The atmosphere was friendly, collaborative, and conducive to strengthening academic and professional networks between the two institutions.

The study visit was conducted from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with all scheduled activities completed successfully. The program achieved its objectives by promoting the exchange of knowledge in personnel administration, fostering academic collaboration, and enhancing professional networks between educational institutions. The insights gained are expected to contribute to the continued improvement of educational management and professional development for teachers and educational personnel.
